North East MSP, Dr Nanette Milne MSP has welcomed the news that parents volunteering to helping in pre-school groups will be exempt from Disclosure Scotland fees.   The North East MSP had raised the anomaly with the Scottish Government which has to date seen parents facing a basic fee of £25 for every parent volunteering at their child’ playgroup.
